Once you purchase the No-Ad package, only Interstitial and Banner Ads are removed, except Reward Ads. We still keep Rewarded Ads at the placements such as Continue, Multi Star, and Get Free Gold. You can decide to watch them or not.

If you still get interstitial or banner ads after purchasing, please:

  • With the iOS device, go to the Setting menu (tap on the Setting icon at the top right corner) -> Then tap on Restore Purchase.
  • With the Android device, please try to restart the app (close and re-open, NOT delete).

After that, if nothing changes, please get it touch with us via the in-app chat option for more support. Kindly send us the following information:

  1. A screenshot of your No-ad purchase invoice. Kindly refer to the FAQ article "How do I get my in-app purchase invoice?" for more guidance.
  2. A screenshot of your game screen shows the banner ads. A banner ad is the type of ad that typically appears at the bottom of the screen. Kindly refer to the attached picture as an example.

Once we have all the necessary information, we will forward your issue to our team for further investigation.

However, if our product does not meet your expectations, you can consider sending a refund request to the App Store. Apple/Google manages all the in-app purchases in our app. They will look into your case and can issue a refund. Kindly refer to the article "How can I request a refund?".
