Normally, video ads can be closed after about 5 to 30 seconds. Once the video ends, please tap one of the buttons below to skip it and continue playing.

Some ads may behave a little differently. You can follow the steps below to better understand how to close them.

1. For standard video ads:

• • The video will start playing.
  • Ads usually run for 5 to 30 seconds. Pay attention to the loading bar, typically located at the top or bottom of the screen. When it’s almost complete, the ad is nearing its end.
  • After the video finishes, an arrow icon like this >> (or ->| or >|) will usually appear in the top right corner.
  • Tap the arrow, and an X will appear, allowing you to close the ad.

2. For pop-up ads that tend to appear near the bottom of the screen:

• • These pop-ups usually show up after an interstitial video ad. To close them, simply swipe down gently with one finger. This can be a bit tricky, so be careful to swipe gently.
  • Avoid tapping the pop-up, as it may accidentally redirect you to another page.

Alternatively, you can contact our support team through the in-app chat and include a screenshot or video of the problematic ads. This will help us investigate the problem with the ad provider.
