  • Reset the game: Close the app and reopen it. (Just close, DO NOT uninstall)
  • Update game software: Check the app/play store for updates to the game. Out-of-date software can lead to performance issues.
  • Turn off your device's silent mode
  • Turn up your device's volume
  • Turn on the game's sound (or music) on the game's Settings page
