Please know that when purchasing the Mission Pass, you do NOT receive all of the rewards immediately. You have to complete stages to receive it. However, you will receive more rewards compared to non-paying users (they can only claim the rewards on the right side but you can claim both sides).

After purchasing the Mission Pass successfully, please go to the game's Main Menu-> choose Mission Pass -> choose Activate -> Complete levels to claim the reward.

However, if you can not activate the Mission Pass, please reach out to our customer support team via the in-app chat option and attach the information below:

  1. A screenshot of your Mission Pass invoice. Kindly follow the guidance in the article "How do I get my in-app purchase invoice?".
  2. A screenshot of your Mission Pass page that shows the "Activate" button.
