Please go to the game's Settings and sign in with an account (either Apple or Facebook is fine).

After that, select Tap to Copy -> paste the text into the in-app chat box -> and send us your User ID and Auth ID.

Please understand that we cannot retrieve your ID information from pictures, as it only appears on your device. Therefore, your action is required to complete this step.

IMPORTANT notice: You need to complete a few levels after signing in so the system can record your ID.
